Individual Registration:
Kindly initiate your registration process by using the button provided below. Upon clicking, you will be directed to a login page. Upon successful login, you will be prompted to confirm your attendance for the CME event. Golf and dinner participation are optional.
Pricing:
CME – $250 per person
Individual Golf – $750 per person
Dinner – $350 per person –SOLD OUT

- Evening – Cocktail Attire
Host Member
Become a Host Member:
Kindly complete the “Become a Member” form. Upon submission, you will promptly receive detailed information on event registrations.
Pricing – $5000 (For four people)

Registration
Joining the host committee ensures assured registration.
Golf
Participation in the host committee ensures inclusion in a golf foursome at the event. Availability is limited, so we encourage prompt registration to secure your spot.
Dinner – SOLD OUT
Membership in the host committee ensures an automatic reservation for a party of four at the dinner gala.
