Abstract Submission Guidelines
The recommended abstract length is 250 words or less, excluding the title and authors’ names. Abstract titles should be descriptive (200 characters or less). If you are submitting a video, please limit it to 7 minutes. The submitting author will receive an email confirming receipt of the abstract and the final determination. Please notify your co-authors on all abstract notifications.
- All abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission process.
- All abstracts must be received by Friday, March 8, 2024.
- You must register for the meeting for your accepted presentation to be included in the program.
- Clinical and video abstracts are accepted for submission.
- Abstracts must be submitted with four components: (a) Introduction and Objectives, (b) Methods, (c) Results, and (d) Conclusions.
- Selection of either Poster or Video presentation is offered.
- A person cannot be a presenting author on more than two abstracts but can be a co-author on any number of abstracts.
- Disclosures for the presenting author is required for submission. Upon acceptance, disclosure from ALL authors/co-authors will be needed for CME accreditation.
- Your content may be presented at another national meeting.
- Announcements of accepted and rejected submissions are planned for late February.
- Your presentation will be given every consideration; however, the final determination will be made by the Program Committee.
